Michelle Duffy

Michelle Duffy (aka WanderMom) is an IT professional living and working in Seattle. She and her husband left Dublin, Ireland in 1995, and parenthood did not preclude Michelle's intent to wander far and wide - in fact, she's the co-author of "Wanderlust and Lipstick: Traveling with Kids." She has traveled extensively in the U.S., Europe, South and Central America with her family. September 1st 2010 the family left Seattle to travel for a year. They visited 26 countries, spending 4 months in South America, 3 months in South-East Asia, 7 weeks traveling across China, and 2 months making their way across Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Iraq and Turkey before spending some relaxed family-time in Europe. After a driving tour of the south coast of Iceland they returned to Seattle.
