My first day alone!!! My brother flew back to bangkok and then home and I headed down to Samui where my mate Jerome is staying... somewhere!!!

I am staying at the Samui Beach house hotel in a bungalow literally two feet from the beach! It is very beautiful and surprisingly peaceful. The bungalow itself is also very nice- but not particularly cheap. It is on Big Buddhah Beach, which is the next one up from Chaweng beach- where its all happening apparently.
Had trouble contacting Jerome though! I emailed him my hotel number and he hasn't had it, or called. I was actually supposed to meet him last night when I arrived but was tired and it was late. I figured i'd just go to the bar with a guy I bumped into earlier for a pint and see if he shows up!!! Should be interesting- if it's anything like I've heard.... Saying that have to be up for my transfer to Krabi at 7.30 am tomorrow!!!!
