Hello there! I am Nikki, I am 22, and currently living in London and have been for just over a year. I moved here after I finished uni last year and gained a 2:1 in journalism, which I am hoping to put to some use during my RTW trip!

I am currently planning the trip and due to book it all up in a couple of weeks! I shall be visiting Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Oz, NZ, Fiji, LA and Miami. My feelings are a mix between being extremely excited and dreading going it alone. My travel experience so far is pretty limited so I have images of (a) major culture shock, (b) getting totally lost, (c) being ambushed or robbed, (d) getting sick.

As you can imagine you do get some funny things run through your mind, but I still have that feeling in the pit of my stomach that tells me whatever happens it will not only make me more aware of the world (and my own abilities) but it will be a damned good adventure! Besides if I didn't do it now when I had the chance then I'm sure I would be kicking myself forever.
