In 2008, my wife and I decided to sell nearly everything we owned to take our three teenage sons on an around the world trek. The odyssey lasted almost one year and covered six continents, 22 countries and 61,000+ miles. I have traveled to nearly 50 countries in my lifetime and will never stop seeking out new locations and returning to old favorites. My mantra is "Travel is the ultimate education", and our three sons have proven it is true many times over.
