potsdam....oops!

I visited a guy in Potsdam, shortly before leaving. I forgot to write my experiences. It is a very pretty town in what used to be East Germany. Ironically, for a communist country its main attraction are the castles. My companion took me to Frederick's place and we spent a lot of time in the church area, on the outside. Straight out of a vampire movie, yeah yeah I know, cheezy but true. The church was cool, and haunted, and the moon was nearly full. And guess what, Bill Clinton himself was there. I notice GWB wasn't.
My friend, a guy, was really cool and he later took me to see Mozart's house, I guess he lived there toward the end of his life. So, I guess this wasn't where he wrote Requiem but he was on his way. We went to a Thai restaurant and before that saw this Xmas fair thing......and the thing is, the scene there: tables full of o9rnaments and candies and candles.....I had dreamt about this place about six months or so before.....or this same scene. Yeah, seriously. Then we went to this old Dutch town and it was Old......the bar we went to was all wooden and lit by candles. We had a great conversation there despite the cigarette smoke and........there are so many good looking people there......well, ok everywhere, but I guess I notice them more in other places.
