Public relations pro turned travel blogger. I've got an insatiable wanderlust that makes me do things like quit my job to travel the world, experience new cultures, new places and write all about it. In 2010, I did just that -- quit my job, put my life in storage and headed out for a solo adventure through Europe and parts of Africa for almost seven months. Then, I was offered an incredible opportunity to work with an organization in Chiang Mai, Thailand, that rescues elephants. I lived in Chiang Mai for almost three years before relocating to Madrid to learn Spanish and teach English.
