I traveled quite a bit before and after university. Then all the usual things interrupted, but made life wonderful. I just returned from 3 months in west Africa, traveling overland by public transport. Amazing, though tiring. I am looking to go out again soon and see what else there is. In the past year I have been to southern Africa and driven about 20,000 kms throughout the region. Then I went to SE Asia for another couple of months. Loved Laos. In November, I'll be heading back to South Africa where I will buy a truck and then head up to Ethiopia, and then back again.
